Refund policy

At TinyMold, every kit is used to create a one-of-a-kind, personal keepsake — because of this, we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges once your order has been used.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. Since your TinyMold kit is used to create a cast unique to your child, it cannot be resold or reused once opened, and we're unable to accept returns for change of mind, incorrect expectations, or difficulty during the casting process.

Before you begin: Please read the included instructions fully before starting, and reach out to our support team at [your support email] if you have any questions before or during the process — we're happy to help troubleshoot.

Damaged or faulty items: If your kit arrives damaged, defective, or missing components, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your support email] with photos of the issue. We'll happily send a replacement kit at no charge.

Order errors: If you received the wrong item due to an error on our part, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.

This policy does not affect your statutory legal rights.
